I’ve been doing this whole smoothie for breakfast every morning for almost a week now… it’s so delicious and easier than frying up eggs and crap before I go to class, not to mention it keeps me full for a pretty decent amount of time!
Here’s the average so far:
Put these all in the blender at once and give it a good blending, because it will be much easier to drink if you aren’t choking on whole seeds. haha
- cup of yogurt (stoneyfield farms BaNilla or chobani plain)
- 1 banana
- 5-6 strawberries (handful)
- handful of blueberries
- half a cup of pumpkin/flax granola
- a splash of milk
I just made a peanut butter and jelly one for lunch though… it was pretty delicious haha
